Aion’s Sewing crafting skill enables players to create items made of leather and cloth, such as belts, helmets, and armor. Though this craft is not very good for earning Aion Kinah, it’s a useful skill for Scouts and Mages. As with any other skill, leveling up your Sewing skill will consume huge amounts of Aion Kinah; training costs anything from 3,500 Kinah up to more than 100,000 Kinah at higher levels, not including the cost of failed crafts and Materials.

To level your Sewing skill, you need to complete ‘work orders’ that are given by the Sewing expert NPC. The Elyos Sewing expert is Daphnis, who can be found at the Artisans’ Hall in Sanctum.
To make crafting easier, position yourself between the nearest Sewing workstation and Daphnis so that you can quickly turn in your work orders.
1.Right click on Daphnis and click on ‘Craft Request’ to accept the Medical Gauze work order.
2.Right-click the Sewing workstation to bring up the craft window. Select Sewing and click on the Craft: Medical Gauze recipe.
3.If you already have the Materials, indicate the correct amount of items to craft according to the work order and click on ‘craft’.
Note: There is a chance that your craft will fail so make sure you have more than enough materials to craft.
4.Go back to Daphnis to turn in your work order and receive skill points.
At 1P, you receive 1 skill point for every completed work order. Repeat this work order until you get 10 skill points. Your next work order will be for 10P and will require relatively more materials to craft, but will give you more skill points. As you increase your skill, the work orders increase in amount and difficulty of obtaining items.
The success and failure of your crafting are dependent on your skill level.
You can purchase more recipes and supplies from the merchant in your race’s crafting area. As you increase your Sewing skill level, some recipes can be obtained from quests or monster drops.

The Sewing expert will provide you with some of the core Materials, but you will have to buy the others. Some later recipes will require a lot of Materials and can cost a lot of Kinah so you may want to buy Aion Kinah.
